This week we have been reading a book all about zoo animals and we have been learning a lot of interesting facts about American crocodiles. We learned that a baby crocodile is born at about 23cm long and can grow to be a whopping 3.7m. We measured out 3.7m on the mat and discovered that it was about 3.5 children long.
